Survey: draft law No. 2713-d reviewed, and KARIL will not cope with "shadows"

Ukrainian experts believe that the principles of responsible gambling are very poorly promoted to the masses, and KRAIL cannot cope with the shadow sphere of gambling on its own. This requires effective cooperation with law enforcement officers.
