Even at the end of the year, the Ukrainian Gambling Council continues to expand and join new media partners! Today, we are pleased to announce that one of the largest media holdings in Ukraine, Media-DK, has become an associate member of UGC.
Media-DK is an independent media holding that includes nv.ua news website, the weekly magazine NV and the nationwide Radio NV. Established in 2014 by a team of professional journalists, the media holding quickly gained a reputation as a reliable and unbiased source of information in politics, business, technology, sports and other socially important spheres.
In addition to its own journalistic initiatives, Media-DK holding has implemented a number of joint projects with such internationally acclaimed media as The Economist, The New York Times, BBC and Deutsche Welle. The holding’s partners are also the US Embassy in Ukraine, Aspen Institute Kyiv, Deloitte, Hay Group, European Business Association, American Chamber of Commerce, Internews, Content Fund and a number of other companies and organizations.
Commenting on the membership of Media-DK, Deputy Chair for Communications of the Ukrainian Gambling Council Viktoriia Zakrevska noted: “The accession of each new media to the Ukrainian Gambling Council is a remarkable event giving us grounds to believe that a united voice of legal gambling is becoming more powerful.
