Ukraine's gambling regulatory system, having undergone significant reforms in recent years, is still evolving. The European experience can serve as an example for the adaptation of Ukrainian gambling legislation, in particular, in terms of harmonization of regulations and alignment with EU rules. Therefore, now is the time to study the experience of European countries that have developed and successful gambling regulatory systems, to consider their main legal standards and organizational aspects.
