Recently, criticism of legal gambling and licensees is widespread in the media, stating that gambling operators pay little tax, and the market is opaque. At the same time, the following interesting detail is observed: criticism is mostly aimed at exclusively legalized market participants. The fact that black gambling has not gone anywhere and continues to rake in billions of hryvnias in a complete shadow does not oppress critics.
